Keyboard shortcuts in Windows 95 ...
There are plenty of keyboard short cuts available, but most sources list them by key, not by function... This list is by function for these areas:
Any application window
Access to menu items
The Alt key is your friend. All menu choices are available by holding Alt and typing the underlined letter of the menu name. Release the Alt key and type the underlined letter of the command.
For example, to access Spellcheck in FrameMaker: Alt+E to open the Edit menu, L for spelling.
Note: by default, Windoze hides the underlined letters until you press Alt. It's much easier to learn the shortcuts if the underscores are always visible. The setting (in XP) is buried as the last item in Desktop properties > Appearance > Effects. Right-click on a blank area of desktop to begin. [Stuart Rogers (srogers) phoenix-geophysics.com]
