Outside table ruling with rounded corners

Problem

Table ruling is arranged symmetrically to the cell borders. Hence the following cunstructs can not be used to form an outside ruling with rounded corners:

• Corner cells containing a pargraph which uses a frame above/ below containing an arc.
• Corner cells containing an anchored frame of type Run into Paragraph which contains the appropriate graphic.

Solution (not a perfect one)

Overlay the table with an anchored frame of type Outside Column which contains the rounded rectangle. After defining the frame outside the text column in the appropriate size it must be moved over the table. It is difficult to define the position numberically.
